BLACKFOOT — A Blackfoot woman will serve some time in jail for burglary.
Heidi Hall was sentenced this week to two years in prison with the possibility of five, but the sentence was suspended, said Chief Deputy Paul Rogers with the Bingham County Prosecutor’s Office. She was also sentenced to 30 days in the local jail, although she was credited for some of that time, and will have to complete 50 hours of community service. She was also given five years of probation.
Hall was originally charged with the felony count for an incident that occurred in February of 2012, according to court records.
