BLACKFOOT — A Blackfoot woman has pleaded guilty to one count each of burglary and obtaining a controlled substance by fraud.
Julie Anne Breed entered the pleas on Monday as part of a plea agreement, said Bingham County Prosecuting Attorney Cleve B. Colson. She will be sentenced in March.
Breed was originally charged with four counts of burglary, one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of obtaining a prescription by fraud.
