IDAHO FALLS — The trial of an Idaho Falls man accused of first-degree murder has been continued again.
Antonio M. Bautista was set to go to trial in early April, but Bonneville County Prosecuting Attorney Bruce L. Pickett said the State has asked for a continuance in order to accommodate expert witnesses. As a result, the trial will be rescheduled for later that same month.
The Defense also recently requested a continuance; the trial was moved from February to April at that time.
Bautista is facing a murder charge for his alleged role in the death of 16-month-old Esmiie Quezada.
