BLACKFOOT — A Blackfoot man was sentenced to prison on Friday for vehicular manslaughter.
Charles M. Neff faces at least five years in prison with the possibility of 15, according to a court report, which adds that he was credited for the two days he’s already served. He will also have to pay a fine.
Neff was charged with the felony following a fatal accident on Aug. 17.
Bingham County Sheriff’s Officials said at that time that Neff was driving a 1994 Jeep when the vehicle crashed on the boat dock road in the McTucker Ponds area. Madison Bartausky, 20, died at the scene.
